Don't hire a Realtor. They're a dime a dozen!
You don’t need a Realtor. You need a hired gun. You need a Salesperson that also happens to have a Realtor's license. Salespeople are excited about one thing and one thing only: Closing deals.
Selling homes is more science than luck; requires more business acumen than years in business; and realizes more benefits from successful negotiations than successful reputations. Businesses don’t make money on what they produce; they make money on what they sell. And Realty agencies are no different.
The bottom line of any business is revenue and profits, not the accumulation of inventory. Production (a.k.a. busyness) can yield mountains of inventory but without sales the mountains eventually collapse under their own weight.
If you think this smacks of sales chauvinism, you are right.
But the reality is Salespeople are about closing deals and making lots of money.
Realtors are about obtaining listings and moving inventory for commissions.
Hire a sales (driven) person. Hire us!
